Fred has spent the last 15 years in the HR outsourcing industry helping hundreds of clients manage risk and reduce costs. The last 12 years he spent at a nationwide publicly traded firm winning countless awards and building deep relationships. His passion to solve client problems became his calling and led him to create Kustom HR. His vision to provide a higher standard of HR service allows him to be more impactful on the big issues his clients face. After work he loves spending time with his family, is an avid runner, and enjoys playing golf.

Glen has two decades of human resources experience that spans startups to mid-size organizations. He has a breadth and depth of experience across benefits, compensation, compliance, talent acquisition, and performance development. Glen has built and scaled HR departments and partnered with executive teams to build awarding-winning cultures. He has a track record for increasing ROI on HR spend, reducing turnover, developing leaders, and helping organizations scale. Glen has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management as well as certifications from SHRM and HRCI. After work, Glen enjoys spending time cooking with his wife and smoking meats, chasing after his two young kids, long walks with his rescue dogs, and workouts at Orange Theory.
